Please contact UCSC Environmental Health and Safety department (http://ehs.ucsc.edu/) to have a safety program manager meet with you to do a site evaluation. They will make a recommendation to your supervisor and the computer support specialist and facilities coordinator will work to meet the recommendations of the EH&S.
