Moving Services

The Facilities Coordinator provides in depth assistance for planning your office or laboratory move, be it helping you fit existing furniture into new locations or acting as the project manager and coordinating the moves of telephone extensions, re-keying, and new signage. Both on and off campus movers are utilized to insure that the move is completed safely and efficiently. The Facilities Coordinator also assists with space planning and provides detailed floor plans.

Please address the following items prior to contacting the Facilities Coordinator:

  • Contact name
  • Date of move
  • Will the keying for the rooms remain the same? Do you need more keys?
  • Do phones have to move, installed, or disconnected?
  • Does data have to be activated, deactivated, or have billing changed?
  • Do the rooms need to be painted or cleaned?
  • Is the furniture appropriate in both places?
