When planning your events, please review the UCSC Communications & Marketing Editorial Style Guide when designing your communications materials. 

To request support services from Imodules and data management (email lists or RSVP pages, email campaigns through Imodules) or from the University Relations Special Events Office, please fill out the University Relations Event Creation Request Form. 

The Campus Leadership Participation Form is used to request the Chancellor or the EVC attend or speak at your event.
