Climate Science & Policy Conference 2019

The Sixth Annual Climate Science and Policy Conference was held on April 11 at the Rio Theatre in Santa Cruz. The topic for this year's conference was "Climate Justice: Linking Climate Science to Just Action." The panel discussion featured prominent scientist Gary Griggs, community organizers Alvaro Sanchez and Vien Truong, and policy expert Tiffany Wise-West in conversation with Anne Kapuscinski, professor of environmental studies and director of the UC Santa Cruz Coastal Science and Policy Program.
