With all of the choices for college, what made UC Santa Cruz stand out? I loved the beautiful campus full of nature.

What is your field of focus? I’m majoring in Anthropology and Intensive Psychology.

What do you hope to do once you graduate from UC Santa Cruz? Directly after graduating, I’m going to intern in London, U.K. Then I plan on applying to graduate school, while hopefully working in one of my fields. 

What is one memorable moment that stands out for you as a student here? One memorable moment that stands out to me was being a peer mentor for incoming Oakes students. It was such a rewarding experience.

What is your one piece of advice for incoming students about life at UC Santa Cruz? My one piece of advice for incoming students about life at UC Santa Cruz would be to enjoy the beautiful campus and put yourself out there. There are so many amazing people on this campus!

How will this scholarship impact your academic life /research? This scholarship will help support me to continue my studies. I really appreciate it!
