With all of the choices for college, what made UC Santa Cruz stand out? UCSC stood out to me as a student because of its beautiful nature and the resources it has to support Black students such as myself.

What is your field of focus? Sociology and Critical Race & Ethnic Studies

What do you hope to do once you graduate from UC Santa Cruz? Pursue graduate school

What is one memorable moment that stands out for you as a student here? Becoming one of the presidents of the Mixed Ethnic and Cultural Student Association!

What is your one piece of advice for incoming students about life at UC Santa Cruz? Be prepared to walk!
